Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to the website, Playverse, connected games, live or community features, support channels, and in-person events operated by Chadi El-sayed World. Our goal is a friendly, inclusive, creative, and safe environment. Rules apply worldwide to everyone, including staff, while local law and non-waivable rights continue to apply.

1. Respect and Inclusion

Treat people with dignity. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, threats, hate speech, targeted insults, or discrimination based on identity or personal characteristics are prohibited. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, religious intolerance, and repeated deliberate misgendering used to harass another person.

2. Child and Teen Safety

Sexual exploitation, grooming, coercion, sexualised communication with minors, requests for intimate images, or attempts to move a minor into a secret or unsafe interaction are strictly prohibited. Never share sexual content involving a minor. Credible immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority as well as to us. Staff may preserve and report relevant evidence when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.

3. Privacy and Personal Safety

Do not reveal another person's private information, location, contact details, private messages, images, or recordings without permission. Doxxing, impersonation, blackmail, unwanted surveillance, and threats to expose private information are prohibited.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Do not upload or share illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, sexually explicit, or exploitative content. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, and other people's creations. Content designed to spread malware, steal credentials, or facilitate piracy is prohibited.

5. Fair Play and Platform Integrity

Cheating, exploiting bugs, unauthorised automation, ban evasion, spam, artificial account creation, credential sharing, attacks, scraping that disrupts the service, or attempts to bypass security and access controls are prohibited. Report security issues privately to support@chadielsayedworld.com.

6. Playverse Rules

Playverse membership is limited to users aged 13 or older and remains subject to review. Follow game-specific rules and reasonable moderator instructions. English is required in shared text chats so moderation remains accessible; private voice conversations may use other languages provided all other rules are respected.

7. Accounts and Authenticity

Keep your credentials private and use your own account. Do not impersonate another person, sell access, misrepresent verification results, create accounts to evade restrictions, or use another person's identity document. Tell us promptly if you believe your account was compromised.

8. In-Person Events and Locations

Respect staff, guests, equipment, cleanliness, safety instructions, and the rules of the host location. Do not bring dangerous items, behave violently, damage property, or record people in private settings without permission. Network access is available only when explicitly authorised.

9. Enforcement

Depending on severity, context, history, and safety risk, action may include content removal, a warning, feature restriction, temporary suspension, permanent account ban, removal from an event, or referral to the appropriate authorities. Severe safety violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning. We aim to apply rules consistently, proportionately, and without unlawful discrimination, and to keep only the audit record reasonably needed for safety, review, and legal accountability.

10. Reports and Appeals

Report concerns to support@chadielsayedworld.com with relevant dates, usernames, and evidence. Do not retaliate against reporters. If action is taken against your account, you may use the same address to request a human review. Abusive or repeated bad-faith appeals may be closed.

11. Updates

We may update these rules to address new features, risks, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated reasonably before they take effect when possible. Authenticated access may be paused until you review and accept the complete current legal documents. The current version and update date will always be published here.
