Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Chadi El-sayed World, an online digital entertainment service operated personally by Chadi El-sayed under the name Chadi El-sayed World and based in Switzerland. Chadi El-sayed World is not presented as an incorporated company. For legal and support contact, email support@chadielsayedworld.com. By creating an account or using an account-only service, you agree to these Terms and the Code of Conduct. You acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Chadi El-sayed World account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, permission from a parent or legal guardian may still be required. Some experiences may require additional review before access is granted.

Users under 13 must not create an account, even with parental permission. If we discover or reasonably determine that an account belongs to someone under 13, the account may be immediately restricted and banned. We may also take reasonable steps to prevent further account creation and delete associated personal data, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, or enforcement of the age restriction.

2. Accounts and Security

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials and authentication tokens confidential, and promptly report suspected compromise. You may not share, sell, transfer, automate, or use accounts to impersonate others, bypass restrictions, or create abusive activity. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account unless it resulted from a security failure outside your reasonable control.

3. Platform and Community Use

Use the service lawfully and follow the Code of Conduct. Do not interfere with other users, attack the service, evade moderation, scrape it in a disruptive manner, introduce malware, or misuse private information. Different experiences may publish additional rules that form part of these Terms when you choose to participate.

4. Playverse

Playverse applications are reviewed and membership is not guaranteed. Access is personal, revocable, and subject to identity verification, fair play, community safety, and game-specific rules. Identity verification confirms eligibility but does not purchase or guarantee membership.

5. Your Content and Public Profile

You retain ownership of content you submit, including comments and profile images. You grant Chadi El-sayed World a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and technically process that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the relevant service. This licence ends when the content or account is deleted, except for limited backup, legal, safety, or evidentiary retention permitted by law.

You must have the rights and permissions required for anything you submit. Username, profile image, verification badges, comments, and identity details you deliberately choose to publish may be visible to other users.

6. Chadi El-sayed World Content

Original videos, branding, designs, software, and other platform content remain owned by Chadi El-sayed World or their identified licensors. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. Copying, redistributing, selling, or falsely claiming ownership requires prior permission unless applicable law allows it.

7. Payments, Cinema, and Digital Services

Prices, currency, content, date, location, and any material conditions are presented before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; Chadi El-sayed World does not receive your full card number. A purchase is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of the corresponding confirmation or ticket.

Before submitting an order, you can review the selected service, price, date, and other entered information and return to correct mistakes. The final payment or confirmation control is identified as the step that submits the order. An electronic confirmation is provided after a successful order. Applicable taxes, mandatory fees, and the charged currency are shown before payment where relevant.

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the service, event timing, and mandatory consumer law. Date-specific cinema or leisure bookings may have different cancellation rights from ordinary digital purchases. If we cancel a paid event or cannot deliver the purchased service, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

8. Apple Vision Pro Demo Reservations

Reserve only a slot you intend to attend and cancel at least one hour before it starts when cancellation remains available. Repeated or intentional no-shows may lead to a temporary reservation restriction. A full account ban is reserved for abuse, fraud, threats, repeated evasion, or other serious violations rather than an isolated mistake.

9. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on independent services such as Stripe, Google reCAPTCHA, Microsoft/Mojang, and email or infrastructure providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you interact with them. We are responsible for choosing and configuring providers reasonably, but do not control their independent services.

10. Moderation, Suspension, and Appeals

We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or ban accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or secure the service. We consider severity, context, history, and safety risk. When appropriate, we will explain the general reason. You may request a human review at support@chadielsayedworld.com.

11. Account Closure

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Deletion and lawful retention are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Closing an account does not cancel obligations or resolve payments, disputes, safety reports, or legal claims that arose beforehand.

Requests to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete account data; change account access, permissions, roles, or features; appeal a decision; or otherwise modify an account must be sent to support@chadielsayedworld.com. Whenever possible, write from the email address registered to the account. If that address is no longer available, explain this in the request so that another proportionate verification method can be used. We may require reasonable proof that the requester controls the account before acting.

Discord, WhatsApp, social-network messages, private messages, and in-person conversations are not sufficient authorisation to access, disclose, change, or delete account data. A request mentioned through one of those channels will be redirected to the official support email and will not be actioned until it is received and reasonably verified through the secure support process. This protects users from impersonation, misunderstanding, accidental changes, and unauthorised disclosure, except where applicable law requires a different response.

12. Availability and Changes

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may change or be discontinued for security, legal, operational, or creative reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change significantly affects users and advance notice is practical.

13. Warranties and Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or meet every individual expectation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

14. International Use and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights provided by the law of their place of residence. We encourage users to contact us first so disputes can be resolved fairly and informally.

The service is offered internationally, but a feature, payment method, identity check, or item of content may be unavailable where providing it would breach applicable law, sanctions, provider restrictions, licensing conditions, or safety requirements. Users must not use the service where doing so is unlawful. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights available under Swiss, EEA, United Kingdom, United States, Canadian, or other applicable consumer law.

15. Regional Consumer Protections

Consumers in the EEA and United Kingdom retain mandatory pre-contract information, conformity, cancellation, refund, and remedy rights that apply to the particular purchase. Canadian and United States consumers retain mandatory federal, provincial, state, and territorial protections that apply to them. Date-specific leisure services and digital content may be subject to lawful exceptions or to an express request for immediate performance, which will be presented before purchase.

16. Updates and Contact

Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and communicated reasonably when required. Authenticated account access may be paused until you review the complete current Terms, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct and explicitly confirm your choices. Declining signs you out; it does not automatically delete your account, and you may contact support to request deletion.
